When I think of Lauren, I think of light. Over the years in Girl Scouts I came to appreciate how her brightness was truly radiating from within. By simply being herself and seeing possibility everywhere, she taught lessons she hadn't planned and sent her light out into the world. "There are two ways give light in the world, to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it." I believe Lauren was a candle and the rest of us would do well to reflect that light. Sue Bickford
