In my life, I can't think of many people who have inspired me as much as Lauren (and Don!). Lauren made everything seem so easy. Even when she was undertaking the seemingly impossible, under great stress, she maintained that smile, that twinkle in her eye, that calm grace, that slightly twisted sense of humor... She just seemed superhuman - too good to be true. Not only was she the real deal, but apparently too much for her human form to contain. I truly believe her mission was so big, that as it was here on Earth, no one else in Heaven could perform the task she was assigned. I bet she's one of the very few angels who God has to actually remind to slow down. I'm grateful for being blessed by that wonderful angel. My life is so much better for it.
